Attracting Birds to your Garden: How to be a Responsible Bird Hobbyist

The Rogue River Friends of the Library will sponsor two special presentations this August at the Rogue River Library, 412 East Main Street.

Wild Bird Specialist, Laura Fleming will present “Attracting Birds to your Garden: How to be a Responsible Bird Hobbyist” on Thursday, August 31 at 1:30 p.m. This program will cover the essential elements for a rich and healthy bird habitat, including landscaping, supplemental feeding, and providing water, nesting spaces, and shelter. Owner of Wild Birds Unlimited, Fleming has a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology and Management from Michigan State University and loves teaching people how to develop their own wild bird habitats.
