Answer the following questions, then CUT all the text in this "More Info" section and paste it into the "Internal Notes" section before submitting your event for review.

  1. No
  2. How does this program apply to this quarter's theme? ... Many of the movies are a person experiencing family/ found family concerns.
  3. If the program DOES NOT fit the theme, how does this relate to our mission to connect everyone to information, ideas, and each other? ... In the showings had in the previous quarter the selection of movies has covered a range of interests, genere, era, and has brought diverse populations into the same space to share a movie experience together. In a recent one we had several of our frequent unhoused patrons, a family with a child, a frequent patron with physical disabilities, a traveler waiting for their bus, and an and adult child with her mother. There have been a few conversations that happened in between the double features and afterward.
  4. If your program has a presenter from outside JCLS, do they pass the ETHOS evaluation? ... N/A
  5. How will you promote JCLS collections and resources (print and/or digital) and which collections and resources will you promote (think booklists, databases, etc.)? As part of the room setup there will be a display with items from our collection for patrons to browse and check out.
