Chair-Based Yoga for Healing, 18+ YRS
Chair yoga is a wonderful way to safely move your body, nurture your nervous system, and support skillful aging. These slow, mindful chair-based yoga classes include seated movement, optional standing poses, and guided relaxation.

Lori Taft Sours has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for 15 years and has an advanced yoga teaching credential. She specializes in yoga for healthy aging and nervous system resilience.
