By popular demand, Lori Taft Sours now offers free, bi-monthly chair-based yoga classes at the Jacksonville Library!

Chair yoga is a wonderful way to safely move your body, nurture your nervous system, and support skillful aging. These slow, mindful chair-based yoga classes include seated movement, optional standing poses, conscious breathing, and guided relaxation. 

Lori Taft Sours has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for 15 years and has an advanced yoga teaching credential and over 820 hours of teaching experience. She specializes in yoga for healthy aging and nervous system resilience.
