Take & Make: Make Your Own Thaumatrope, 13+ YRS
What is a thaumatrope, you ask? Once a popular toy in the Victorian Era, they're discs with strings or rubber bands attached to them that have an image on both sides, and when you spin the disc fast enough the two images merge into one. Come pick up a kit from the Rogue River library to find out more about these toys and pieces of history.
