Gentle Yoga, 18+ YRS

When winter arrives, it can be difficult to find ways to keep moving. But indoor exercises can help you through those dark, rainy days. Please join us at the Rogue River library for our gentle yoga class, taught by an instructor from Elevate Medicine Collective. There is no prior experience necessary. Just bring yourself, some comfortable clothing, a mat, and you'll be good to go! Before you know it, it'll be spring, and you'll be more calm and centered than ever.
