Plants, History, and Women Travelers, 18+ YRS
For hundreds of years, intrepid women botanists have broadened our knowledge of the plant kingdom in their journeys around the globe. Join us as we dive into exploring their stories, adventures, and contributions.
Classically trained at the UCLA Landscape Architecture program, presenter Lucretia Weems is a Jackson County Master Gardener and has been designing gardens in the Rogue Valley for over 15 years. Her lectures on history and landscape design have been enjoyed around Jackson County and her first book was published in 2023.
Lucretia will be returning to the Ashland Library for two more lectures this Spring:
