Spring into Civic Engagement: Empowering Your Voice in Local Government, 18+ YRS
This program, scheduled to coincide with James Madison’s birthday—celebrating him as the "Father of the Constitution"—aims to empower patrons with tools and knowledge to actively engage in their communities and understand the workings of local government. In partnership with local community leaders, the event will provide valuable insights into effective civic engagement. Attendees will hear from experienced leaders on interacting with city councils, county commissioners, and other local agencies, and receive practical tips for meaningful participation.
