Decrease Your Anxiety Art is a program that will use techniques from the school of "Art Therapy." This form of art is used to help people develop emotional regulation skills such as better self-expressiveness, confidence, and inner stability. This class will focus on using the watercolor medium to create beautiful landscapes and animals. Taught by Rogue River's own Jax Gordon!
