Spring into Action: Good Deed Special Storytime, 5+ YRS

This special storytime encourages kids to “take action” by doing something kind for others. The stories selected for this storytime cover the ripple effects of doing something kind for someone else, and the fun of sending people you know and love gifts or letters in the mail. Following the storytime, kids will get a chance to color a picture that will then be sent to nursing homes or assisted living facilities to add some color to the rooms of people who may not normally get the pleasure of having little kid art on their walls.
