Local History Talk - Eagle Point Grange #664, 1925-2025, 18+ YRS

On April 4, 1925, Oregon Grange #664 became an official member of the Patrons of Husbandry. This year, the Eagle Point Grange celebrates 100 years of service to farmers, ranchers and the community. Learn how the Eagle Point Grange worked to build roads, telephone lines and community at this special event where Granger Theresa Bereczk reveals some of the stories hidden away in the iconic closets of Oregon Grange #664 at 5 South Shasta Avenue in Eagle Point.

This program is co-sponsored by the Eagle Point Historical Society and the Eagle Point Branch of Jackson County Library Services thanks in part to an Oregon Heritage grant to the Gold Hill Historical Society. The Eagle Point Branch of JCLS is located at 239 West Main Street in Eagle Point and is open daily except Sundays. For more information contact Maureen Battistella 541-552-0743 mbattistellaor@gmail.com or Shari Lawson 541-261-7756 shari_l@yahoo.com
