REGISTRATION REQUIRED: A Conversation with Author Jess Walter, 18+ YRS
Join us for a special event, where we will be joined by author Jess Walter to discuss craft and get inspiration and an inside look at a writer who has 'made it'. Please come having read Jess Walter's work, and have questions prepared.
Bestselling author Jess Walter is renowned for his narrative versatility, seamlessly transitioning between genres and tones. With ten books under his belt, Walter is perhaps best known for his #1 New York Times bestseller Beautiful Ruins, which was on the list for 69 weeks, 5 of those at #1. Whether through the misadventures of his endearingly flawed characters or the clever banter that punctuates the dialogue, Walter draws readers into a world where dark humor and introspection coexist in perfect harmony.
His most recent novel So Far Gone, is a provocative adventure through life in modern America in the propulsive spirit of Charles Portis’ True Grit, So Far Gone follows a reclusive journalist forced back into the world to rescue his kidnapped grandchildren.
