Body & Mind Fitness, 35+

Join us at the Gold Hill Library for an adult fitness music and movement class!  The class includes low-cardio activities to focus on balance and flexibility and will adapt to the fitness level of the participants.  Chairs are available if needed; please bring 1 or 2lb ankle weights if you have them, a yoga mat, and water if desired.
