Which literacy does this program fall under?

The Job Help Drop-In program supports multiple JCLS literacy areas. It strengthens Adult Learning by helping patrons build practical job search and communication skills. It advances Workforce & Economic Development through guidance on resumes, applications, and career advancement. By teaching patrons to confidently use online platforms, devices, and library databases, the program enhances Digital Literacy. It also contributes to Information/Media Literacy by showing patrons how to evaluate job postings, avoid scams, and use trustworthy resources. Indirectly, it supports Financial Literacy by helping participants secure employment that can improve financial stability. Finally, the program connects participants to Community Resources, including WorkSource, Goodwill, and library databases, while offering Social Emotional Learning benefits by boosting confidence during the vulnerable job-seeking process.

If your program has a presenter from outside JCLS, do they pass the ETHOS evaluation?
