Qigong
Qigong is the skillful practice of gathering, circulating, and applying life-force energy. Qigong exercises use mental focus, breath exercises and gentle movements.
Join certified level two Qigong instructor, Helen Jucevic, for a series of free Qigong classes at the Rogue River Library from 2 – 3 p.m. on the following Tuesdays: March 6, 13, 20, 27, and April 3.
