You are invited to take a free 5-hour Mental Health First Aid course to help identify symptoms and crisis points. Anyone is welcome to participate in this course, from first responders to students, teachers, leaders of faith communities, human resource professionals, and caring citizens. It teaches a 5-step action plan to offer initial help to people with symptoms of a mental illness or those in crisis, and connect them with the appropriate professional, peer, social, or self-help care.
This program is free and coordinated by the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare.
