Linda's mission is to help you increase awareness and learn techniques to be able to relax. Practicing Kundalini Yoga can nourish an inner peace while strengthening your body's systems.

This program will take place outside at the Shady Cove Branch with social distancing measures in place. In the event that Covid restrictions are not lifted by this time, the program will be moved to Zoom.
