Home Fermentation with FermentWorks
Wondering how to preserve all the overflow from your summer garden? Christopher and Kirsten Shockey, founders of FermentWorks and the online Fermentation School, as well as award-winning authors of multiple books on fermentation, will show you how to ferment foods with little to no equipment.
All participants are required to wear a mask and maintain safe social distancing during this in-person program. Space is limited, and seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis; patrons are advised to arrive early to ensure a seat.
